Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nexus Ledger

At Nexus Ledger, we aim to deliver high-quality fintech and trading solutions. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Digital Products & Software

  • Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., trading indicators, algorithms, or strategy conversions), all sales are final.

  • Once delivered, refunds will not be issued except in cases of duplicate payment or proven technical failure on our side.

2. Service Contracts

  • For custom development services (e.g., trading bots, fintech software, prop firm platforms):

    • A written agreement will outline milestones and payments.

    • Refunds are not available for completed milestones.

    • If a project is cancelled by the client mid-way, payment for completed work will still be due.

3. Cancellations

  • Ongoing service retainers (if applicable) can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

  • No partial refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
